Chef Jorge Muñiz Sáenz was born in Chihuahua but raised in Ciudad Juárez. At the age of 18, Chef Muñiz Sáenz began his culinary studies at the Instituto Superior de Alta Cocina. Jorge has over six years of experience and is currently at the helm of Chef Oscar Herrera's Restaurante Flor de Nogal in Juarez.

Jorge loves working in small restaurant environments to provide a personalized dining experience and offers dishes full of Mexican flavors with an international flair. Among other recognition, Flor de Nogal is on the list of 120 best restaurants in all of Mexico for the second year in a row.

The restaurant menu is strongly rooted in the culinary team's principles of using Mexican products and featuring seasonal offerings.
