One Region One Table 2025
Meet the Chefs Behind the Magic
Meet the chefs who brought their passion and creativity to the table for 2025’s One Region, One Table. We’re deeply grateful to have them as part of this year’s culinary celebration.
A Letter from Chef of Chefs: Where Our Food Came From
On behalf of the Chefs & entire Progress321 team, I want to extend our deepest gratitude for your generous in-kind contribution of premium ingredients for One Region, One Table!
The evening was a tremendous success, bringing together leaders and professionals from across the Borderplex region to celebrate our shared commitment to progress. Through their wonderful contributions we were able to craft an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests, and they all played a significant role in the overall success of our fundraiser. It’s through the generosity of community partners like them that we are able to showcase the incredible gastronomic talent of our region.
The support we received from our partners listed above directly fuels our mission to strengthen growth in the region by connecting purpose-driven professionals, cultivating leadership, and fostering community resilience. Because of their support, we can continue to empower emerging leaders, drive cross-border collaboration, and work towards making the Borderplex the absolute best place to live, work, and create.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the following partners for donating the premium ingredients that have been masterfully crafted by our chefs.
Featured Purveyors: US Foods, Ben E. Keith Co., Shamrock Foods, Beck & Bulow, Full Circle Farms (Mushrooms), Pacific Seafood

Thank you to everyone who made the 8th Annual One Region, One Table possible. This event has grown so much over the years, and with it, so have I. When people ask why I joined Progress321, this event says it all.
One Region, One Table is a binational, expressive, and unique celebration that showcases our gastronomy, our culture, our art, our people, and our region. Thank you, Progress321, for giving me the opportunity to be an ambassador for this beautiful community I get to call home.
Speaking of community, that is exactly what made this vision come to life. To every talented individual who contributed, gracias de corazón.
Having the opportunity to create and develop this one-of-a-kind event with a spectacular individual like Junior Vasquez has been a true blessing. Your energy, creativity, and ability to lead with grace and positivity are truly inspiring. Your willingness to always keep moving forward and shine is remarkable. Thank you for trusting me, for your friendship, and for asking me to steer this magical event one last time. Juni, gracias amigo por ser mi cómplice. I can’t wait to cheer you on next year.
To our incredible committee, ¡mil gracias! Your creativity, hard work, and teamwork made every step of this journey unforgettable—from our first reveal party to the 500-charger spray-paint session and everything in between. The time and heart you gave mean the world.
To our Executive Director, President, and Board of Directors, thank you for your leadership, trust, and for believing in us to bring this event to life.
To our sponsors and collaborators, your support made this binational celebration possible. You helped us shine a light on the incredible talent and culture that make Cd. Juárez, El Paso, and Las Cruces so special. Cheers to being the reason this evento is posible.
And to the chefs, the true stars of the night—I am your biggest fan. Thank you for trusting me and for sharing your passion to remind everyone that our regional gastronomy is exceptional.
Finally, to my support system—God, my friends, and my family—thank you for filling me with so much love that I can give it back to our community.
It has been an honor to be part of this event for the past three years. I know it will only keep growing and shining because our region was made to do just that. This is just the beginning of possibilities for this region.
Stephanie Hernandez
