Christian Fuentes
Chef Christian Fuentes’ interest and passion for food and wine piqued when he worked front of house for Dallas restaurant, Arco Doro y Pomodoro. His passion grew and moved him back to his hometown of El Paso, where he worked his way to become a chef without formal training. After years of developing his culinary art, Christian established Table Side catering. He’s now partnered with Savour Wines, whose vision is closely aligned with his - combine great wine with great food and great service.
